The module Declaration enables the online submission of tenders from a supplier via the web portal.

- delivery areas,
- and any questionnaires as a knowledge base and other characteristics
can be defined. In addition, user-defined questionnaires form the basis for a sophisticated supplier database. Information that will be continually updated by the supplier can be automatically called for. The supplier has also the opportunity to complete documents online.
